The Human Biofield is the electric- magnetic field that moves around and through you in the shape of a toroidal wave. Quantum level particles create this wave and contain valuable information about our physical and emotional health. These particles, like all life give off a vibration that can be heard and felt when we place a tuning fork into the wave. When there is unhealthy vibration =, we can use the forks to create a healthier resonance. We inform the wave how it should sound and break up the dissonance. This is a form of sound healing protocol developed by Eileen McKusick. I have also learned several methods developed by other pioneers in the field such as Johnathan Goldman and Dr. June Leslie Wieder. The experience is different for everyone but a feeling a relaxation is common. The session is performed with the client laying on a massage table fully clothed.
My current home base is located at Snap fitness in Springfield VT for all in person Personal training sessions. Massage and tuning locations vary. Contact me for current locations.
First, Consultations are free and gives us the time to talk about your goals and any concerns you might have.
Second, please bring a clean pair of shoes to work out in for your first session.
Last, I will never make you do anything you don't want to do. I do not use shame as a tool to make you work out harder and I will always respect you and your body. Only you know how your body feels. I will encourage you to try new moves, lift a little more than you believe you can, and help you develop deeper trust with your body. I strive to help others feel stronger and more comfortable with themselves physically and emotionally.
Warming up before working out is always a good plan. I will help you warm up at the beginning of your session. I also encourage my clients to come 5- 10 minutes early so they can warm up on their own, this allows us to get right into the work out. My favorite ways to warm up are to use some cardio equipment for ten minutes or dynamic stretches or using bands, tubes and body weight to activate the muscles that will be used for your work out.
